Homecoming

Today was Homecoming for the MJ Bears League.  It was a perfect day for it too!  The Bears played the Spring Hill Raiders and won again 26 - 0.  That makes our record 3 wins and 1 lose.  However, the teams are getting tougher as we go later in the season.  Beverly and Cecil came to watch Dalton today.  He loves it when people come to cheer him on!

Dalton #2 taking a break on the sideline standing beside his Daddy.  Dalton is eating up this time with Chris.

Then it was over to the park for the Homecoming activities.  The head coaches were the ones in the dunking booth.  That was a huge hit with all the players, pay back for all those laps and leg lifts!  Dalton was sweet enough to ride this little ferris wheel with Sylvie.  She loved it and ended up riding it three times.

There is just something fundamentally wrong with putting your baby in a cage and sending them into the air.  But again, she loved it.

This is what Sylvie thought about waiting in line for the rides.  Ha!

Now this was more Dalton's speed!

This little girl has had all the fun she can handle.

Peyton spent the night with one of his buddies last night so he was not with us today :o(

Ugha!

This child is wearing me out!  When I stepped out of the shower she greeted me with a "made mess."  This is what I found.

Downstairs in the living room is an entire stack of Uno cards thrown everywhere.  She has the sweetest expressions on her face the entire time.
I must go now.  I am listening to Alex munch on Trix cereal as I type this.

Laptop Troubles

I have ordered a new battery for my laptop.  I am updating from Chris' computer and can not edit any of my pictures which kills me.
We are all having so much fun with Dalton's football games.  This week we had to go to Gallatin for his game.  It was such a pretty day for it.  The team had to be there an hour before the game for weigh in and then the game on the field before Dalton went into triple over time.  So...we had a lot of time to kill before his game actually started.  Chris stayed with Dalton and the team while Peyton, Sylvie and I went and explored the park.  It was a huge park that we had never been to before and it had wonderful walking trails.

Then is was time for some football!  We played the Gallatin Green Wave. We won 18 to 0.  The one time they broke away and were so close to scoring Dalton was the only one fast enough to catch him and stop him.  It was AWESOME!

I am so proud of this handsome little guy!

He was starving after the game so we let him pick any drive thru he wanted (Sylvie was just way too tired for a restaurant).  He picked Krystal.  Really....

This is Sparkles.  You may have seen him on here before. I guess he is our outdoor kitty.  He showed up last winter and we have been feeding him ever since.  I still have not been able to touch him but he will talk to me.  Sweet little guy.
